Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re way too busy working on your web site or developing your web applications, you scarcely have enough time to check what’s going on with the Virtual Private Server – if it is overloading or if all the tasks are running the way they should. With our Administration Services solution, we will take care of that on your behalf. Your VPS server will be included in the custom–built monitoring software system and whenever there is a sign of a trouble, our system administrators will be notified right away.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest process in this world. You will either need to use a separate server or your PC, alternatively resort to a third–party tool. We offer a far easier way with our Administration Services package. We’ll make a full backup copy of your VPS on a weekly basis, so you never need to fear losing important data. Plus, we can always retrieve a backup copy very quickly. All the backups are kept on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. However, certain scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional setup on your part. This is where our Administration Services offer can help you out. It includes half an hour of installation & troubleshooting operations – it means that you can basically hire one of our trained server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software app that you need. Alternatively have him solve a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an add–on for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
